Amanda Bach Murder Case Re-Opened, Cops Investigate Execution Style Murder of Amanda Bach in Wheeler IN Her Case Mimics Murder of Karen Swift In Dyersburg TN

Sunday, December 25, 2011, Amanda Bach murder suspect’s trial pushed back, the murder trial for a Northwest Indiana man has been pushed back seven months. Dustin McCowan is accused of killing 19-year old Amanda Bach of Portage. He was scheduled to go on trial January 30th 2012, but now a judge has pushed it back to August 2012.  

Defense attorney Robert Harper had argued the prosecution had collected no evidence that tied McCowan directly to the murder. There was no evidence where the body was found and no evidence found in the McCowan home when police searched it, Harper said. Police aren’t sure where Bach was shot, and test results have not come back from FBI laboratories, including DNA on a red spot found in the McCowan home.  “They jumped the gun,” Harper said. 

Cops are now re-investigating the execution style murder of petite teen Amanda Bach, cops are looking at other murder cases of petite females around the country to determine if there is any link.

In a phone conversation on Thursday 1/05/2012  with Law Enforcement in Indiana, I was asked if I knew how Karen Swift had been murdered, (shot, strangled, knifed?), was the body of Karen Swift moved from where her car was found, how close was Karen Swift’s body found near to a cemetery and was Karen Swift’s body found with or without clothes.

It appears the Amanda Bach was killed by a single bullet shot to the brain stem, execution style, it appears that Amanda Bach’s car was found with a flat tire just like Karen Swift, it appears that Amanda Swift might have been found with some of her clothes missing just like Karen Swift, it appears that Amanda Bach’s body was moved some distance from where her car was found just like Karen Swift and it appears that Amanda Bach’s body was found off of the road to the local rural cemetery in the weeds in Wheeler IN just as Karen Swift’s body was found in Dyersburg TN.

It is very, very unusual for Prosecutors in a murder case to postpone a case 7 months when they have what appears to be a “slam dunk” as in the Amanda Bach case.

UPDATE On Sex Offender James Gunterman Who Works As A Mechanic And Truck Driver Out of Louisville KY, US Marshalls Are Looking for You.

It appears that sex offender James E. Gunterman Jr. aka “Big Jim” Gunterman travels the Quad State area of KY, TN, Ind and Ohio working as a car/truck mechanic, doing body work and painting cars/trucks, he also works as a truck driver. James Gunterman jr. is most likely is driving a van of some sort.  James E. Gunterman jr. works for cash only, off the books, and does not use his social security number.  James E. Gunterman Jr. aka “Big Jim” Gunterman flys under the cop’s radar with good reason.

The way Amanda Bach was murdered in Wheeler with one shot to the brain stem is significant, SWAT snipers, Navy SEALs, CIA assassins and LEO Emergency Response Teams are trained to aim and shoot for the brain stem.  In a conversation I had with SWAT snipers in Tampa Fl, they aim, if it is a frontal shot, for just under the chin of the suspect or from the rear at the base of the skull, suspect drops instantly and is unable to pull a trigger on a gun or push a button on a bomb.  The ammunition used in the murder of Amanda Bach was a medium-caliber round that was recovered from Bach’s body, not specified as to .38 caliber or .32 caliber,

FBI SWAT FIELD EXAMPLE..A HRT sniper, positioned in the tall grass approximately seventy yards away, fired one shot at the kidnapper. The shot severed his brain stem instantly killing him. Both hostages were freed unharmed.  Holly Bobo in Darden TN was kidnapped by a man wearing camouflage clothing, possibly someone involved with survival skills and firearm expertise.

There has been a series of abduction, kidnappings, missing person cases and murders of petite females since early 2009, all the cases appear, now, to be unsolved.
1). Amanda Bach was a very petite 19 year old female at 5 foot 2 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds with brown eyes and brown below-the-shoulder-length hair, murdered Sept. 15th, 2011, trial postponed 7 months.
2). Lauren Spierer is 4′ 11′ tall and weighs 95 lbs she is 20 years old she has shoulder-length blond hair, missing/abducted June 3rd, 2011.
3). Holly Bobo is 5′ 3″ tall and weighs 110 lbs she is 20 years old she has shoulder-length blond hair, kidnapped April 13th, 2011.
4). Paige Johnson is 5′ 1″ tall and weighs 110 lbs she is now 18 years old she has shoulder-length blond hair, missing Sept. 23rd 2010.
5). Crystal Hall, 27, is very petite at 5′ 3″ tall, weighs 105 pounds she has shoulder-length red hair and brown eyes, missing March 3rd, 2009.
6). Karen Swift was 44 years old (looked younger) 5′ 5″ tall 130 lbs and had shoulder length blond hair, murdered October 30th, 2011.
7). Katelyn Markham, 22, is 5′ 3″ tall 130 lbs and has shoulder length blond/brown hair, missing August 13th, 2011.

‘Cheaters Spy Shop’, TV Show Opens Online Store So Viewers Can DIY Investigations and Possibly End up Arrested or Dead.

FOX NEWS NEW YORK – Federal authorities blamed Lebanese financial institutions Thursday for wiring more than $300 million into the United States in a money-laundering scheme they said used the U.S. financial system to benefit the militant group Hezbollah.The U.S. government said in the lawsuit filed in a Manhattan federal court that it seeks nearly a half-billion dollars in money-laundering penalties from some Lebanese financial entities, 30 U.S. car buyers and a U.S. shipping company. It also said it’s entitled to claim their assets as forfeitable under U.S. money-laundering laws

Prosecutors said the $300 million was wired from Lebanon to the United States and used to buy used cars and ship them to West Africa. They said Hezbollah money-laundering channels were used to ship proceeds from the car sales and narcotics trafficking back to Lebanon.

In connection with the filing of the complaint, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York submitted an application for a restraining order that would prohibit the transfer, sale, or dissipation of the assets of approximately 30 U.S. car buyers (USED CAR DEALERS) and a U.S. shipping company and related entities, and requiring these U.S. car buyers (USED CAR DEALERS) to provide an accounting of their assets.

The accusations came two days after an indictment in federal court in Virginia accused fugitive Ayman Joumaa of leading a drug conspiracy that provided income for Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed Lebanese militant group that the U.S. has branded a terrorist organization.From approximately Jan. 1, 2007, to early 2011, at least $329 million was transferred by wire from LCB, the Hassan Ayash Exchange Company, the Ellissa Exchange Company and other Lebanese financial institutions, including Middle East and Africa Bank, the Federal Bank of Lebanon and BLOM Bank, to the United States for the purchase and shipment of used cars.

 

The car buyers in the United States typically had little or no property or assets other than the bank accounts used to receive the overseas wire transfers. The cars were primarily shipped to Cotonou, Benin, where they were housed and sold from large car parks, including one owned by the Ellissa Group, a subsidiary of Ellissa Holding.

 

A Washington-based Drug Enforcement Administration spokesman, Lawrence R. Payne, told The Associated Press in February that Joumaa’s organization laundered money using 30 used car lots in the United States. Cars were exported to Lebanon and West Africa.World Auto Sales on Green Springs Avenue in Birmingham AL is mentioned in the complaint. Of the dealerships mentioned, World Auto has the second highest dollar total of wire transfers, with 490 transactions totaling $24,064,172. According to the company website, World Auto Sales was founded in 1990 by Ahmad and Bassam Hammoud “to accommodate the growing need for quality wholesale and export vehicles to the World.”

Two Maryland Businesses Used Car lots Used in Hezbollah Money Laundering Scheme, Forty-three wires totaling $2,157,047 were sent to ARZ Export and 193 wires totaling $7,150,253 went to Hijazi General Trading, according to court documents. Proceeds from the sale of the cars and cocaine in West Africa were sent back to Lebanon, according to court documents. A significant portion of the money went to Hezbollah.

Body Found on Harness Road in Dyer County TN Could Be Karen Johnson Swift, Is There A Serial Killer On The Loose.

NEWS CHANNEL 3 (Dyersburg, TN 12/10/11) – The Dyer County Sheriff’s Department says a badly decomposed body belonging to a woman was found on Harness Road Saturday afternoon, SEE MAP OF AREA CLICK HERE

 

Those that live in the area fear the body could belong to the missing mother of four, Karen swift. The Dyer County woman went missing in the early morning hours of October 30th.

 

KLTV-ACTION NEWS…Body found off of Highway 78 near Dyer County. “I heard Karen Swift was found at the graveyard up here on Bledsoe,” said resident Madeline Mann. Mann said she has followed the case of missing 44-year-old Swift from the beginning. “Whoever done it is sick,” said Mann. “You shouldn’t do that to someone.”

FROM Harness Rd to Route 78 in Dyersburg TN which links to I-155 and then to I-55 in Hayti MO and out of the area, a 32 minute drive.

 

Investigators found her car on the side of Millsfield Highway with a flat tire. Swift was nowhere to be found. The Sheriff’s Department searched the area by helicopters, horseback, and four-wheelers hoping to find something that would lead them to Swift.

 

Karen Swift  lives off of Willie Johnson Road, just a few miles from where the body was found. One neighbor told News Channel 3 that she was not aware of the sheriff’s department ever searching the area where the decomposed body was found.

 

Investigators have not confirmed the body found this afternoon, Saturday Dec. 10th, belongs to the 44-year-old woman. It has been sent to the Shelby County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the identity and cause of death.

To put the distances between the 6 abducted petite women in perspective, it is only 30 miles from Florence KY to Fairfield OH, it is only 80 miles from Darden TN to Dyersburg TN, it is only 130 miles between Bloomington IN and Florence KY and the same for Fairfield OH.

 

For some reason all the dates when the six petite women go missing have a 3 in it, like the 3rd, the 13th, the 23rd and the 30th, also the 3rd and the 13th are repeated twice, very odd?

 

The basis of the theory is that all of the SIX abductions take place within a 298 mile radius of Louisville KY, with Darden TN the furthest point at 298 miles and Florence KY the nearest point at 88 miles, all of the locations are at most a 4  hour drive one way from the Louisville KY area.  The reason for Louisville KY as center to the SIX abductions  is due to the fact a sexual predator is on the loose in that area, more will be explained  at the end of this article.

 

Two women are abducted from Kentucky, Two women are abducted from Tennessee, One woman abducted from Indiana and One woman abducted from Ohio, they all have shoulder length blonde or red hair and are very petite sized white females between the ages of 17 and 34, there has been no trace of any of the women, there are no suspects.

 

 

UPDATE..FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) – Fairfield Police Chief Michael Dickey says the department believes Katelyn Markham is not in the Fairfield area. “Within the past week we’ve gotten one lead that we’re looking at, and as early as two weeks ago, I got an email out of Florida with someone who provided us with some information,” Dickey said.

Bloomington IN, Lauren Spierer case, The latest evidence in the case shows that Spierer was so incapacitated (drunk) when she left her apartment building the morning she went missing that she stumbled out of her elevator, fell against a wall and had to be helped to her feet by a male friend who led her out of the building, Luren Spierer was an easy target for a predator. Police believe she is a victim of foul play.

PIKEVILLE, Ky — Crystal Gayle (Branham) Hall, of Pikeville, was reported as a missing person to the Kentucky State Police on March 3rd, 2009, investigators say there is no trace of Hall who would be 27 now.  This woman looks very young for 24 as seen in the photo above.

 

Crystal Hall, DOB 4/26/1984, is very petite at 5′ 3″ tall, weighs about 105 pounds and is of fair complexion. She has shoulder-length red hair and brown eyes. Crystal Hall possibly has the letter “H” tattooed on a lower leg. Her teeth are reported to be straight. Crystal Hall was last seen at 108 Kentucky Avenue in Pikeville. She has not had any contact with her family since March 3rd, 2009.

 

According to her grandmother, Crystal Gail Branham Hall is a loving person.The stress and emotion of not knowing what has happened to her granddaughter is written on her face. When speaking of her granddaughter, she turns pale, and she begins to cry.

 

Crystal Hall lived on Kentucky Avenue in Pikeville, and, according to her grandmother, Crystal Hall last spoke to a friend of hers on March 3, 2009, Crystal cut the call short saying there was someone in her house. Her family has had no contact with Crystal Hall since that day. Crystal Hall is a petite woman, about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 105 pounds. She has a fair complexion and red hair.

“FAST LIFE”  A lifestyle that will land you dead or in jail at any given moment. There are many different ways to live the fast life. These include drug dealing, robbing, gang banging or prostituting your body for money. The fast life is often a perilous career path for hustlers who make money fast in the streets. Consequently, fast life hustlers that make it to old age without being imprisoned, crippled or killed is rare because negative actions have negative consequences. 

Living fast is also usually correlated with consistent heavy long-term drug and alcohol abuse and sexual promiscuity. Times have changed. Many gangs have learned that dressing in clothing that may identify them as a gang member may easily bring them to the attention of law enforcement. Thus, gang clothing, while still worn by many gang members, is not as prevalent as it once was.

 

Gang hand signs are used by street gangs and some prison gangs, as a silent language to communicate with others and unless the hand signs are used in front of the law enforcement officer, there may not be any other indication that the person is a gang member.

Gang hand signs are frequently used as a means of identifying gang members with other gang members and each gang has their own gang hand signs that they use to show allegiance to their gang or to disrespect (dis) rival gang members.

ORLANDO Police Chief Calls Dale Smith Jr Ex-Fiance of Michelle Parker Prime Suspect #1 in Her Case, Dale Smith Is So Bad The Marines Dumped Him.

Orlando Sentinel 5:22 p.m. EST, November 28, 2011 Orlando police Chief Paul Rooney just announced that the former fiance of missing Geneva mother Michelle Parker is the only suspect in her disappearance.

Dale Smith Jr. is the last person known to have seen Parker before she vanished Nov. 17. Parker’s mother at a news conference with Rooney revealed that Smith would not take a police lie-detector test.

“We had to look at every aspect of the case before we could come out publicly and state that Mr. Smith is our primary focus,” Rooney said. “He is our primary suspect,” he added. “There are no other suspects that I am aware of as Orlando police chief.”

Cops Raid the Home of Dale W. Smith Sr. On Rose Blvd Orlando FL, He Is The Father of Ex-Fiance of Missing Mom Michelle Parker.

ORLANDO, Fl. – The Orlando police department’s swat team raided a home on Rose Boulevard in Orlando Saturday night in the search for missing mom Michelle Parker, MyFoxOrlando.com reports.

Property records show a Dale W. Smith sr., age 64, owns the house, who sources confirm is the father of Parker’s ex-fiancé, who is also named Dale W. Smith jr. age 40.

Dale W. Smith jr. DOB 6/28/1971 the ex fiance of missing Orlando Mom Michelle Parker appears to have lived the ‘thug’ life. The Orange County Clerk’s Office has records of multiple violent felony charges for Dale W. Smith jr. DOB 6/28/1971.

 

Michelle Parker sought a restraining order from Dale W.Smith jr., DOB 06/28/1971, in 2009, but was denied for lack of evidence. ABC News also learned that Dale W. Smith jr. was dishonorably discharged from the Marines in 2003 following a string of court martials, including military convictions for drug possession and domestic battery.

Cops Say: Church of Scientology Cross Necklace That Missing Orlando Mom Michele Parker Wore May Be Key Evidence.

WFTV-9— A picture of a 33-year-old missing mother of three wearing a cross necklace was released on Wednesday, and Orlando police said the necklace may be a key piece of evidence in the case.Michelle Parker went missing on Thursday hours after an episode of “The People’s Court” aired where she appeared with her ex-fiance, Dale Smith, to argue about an engagement ring.

Parker’s family confirmed to police that she was wearing the same cross necklace at the time of her disappearance. Police said the necklace may be a key piece of evidence, and if anyone has found the necklace or has information, they should contact CrimeLine at 1-800-423-TIPS.

TIMELINE THURSDAY NOV. 17TH, 2011[
3:15 p.m.: Video surveillance in an east Orange County neighborhood captured Michelle Parker driving to Dale Smith Jr.’s home to drop off their 3-year-old twins. Just minutes before she arrived, Parker and Smith, her ex-fiance, appeared in a previously taped episode of the “The People’s Court” during which they argued about a lost $5,000 engagement ring.

She was wearing a silver-cross necklace, see above — a detail revealed Wednesday — jeans and a Florida Gator’s zip-up hoodie.

•4:26 p.m.: Parker’s brother, Dustin Erickson, received a text message from his sister’s iPhone suggesting that she was in the Waterford Lakes area, also on the county’s east side.

8 p.m.: Parker’s iPhone ‘pinged’ in the area of Oak ridge Road near Belle Isle, more than seven miles from where she was last seen. Her phone was powered down in that area and has not been recovered.

The next day, police found Parker’s H3 Hummer in the parking lot of Walden Palms Apartments, 4700 Walden Circle. Decals for her Glow mobile-tanning business had been removed from the windows. From there, the trail has gone cold.

Five Petite Blonde Haired Women Abducted From 400 Mile Radius in Southern Midwest, In Late 1960′s The Zodiac Killer Often Travelled Over 400 Miles.

Does history repeat itself? In the late 1960′s the Zodiac Killer traveled from Napa, CA near San Francisco to Riverside, CA near Los Angeles and then back to the San Francisco area a distance of over 470 miles one way, to commit some of his crimes.

The Zodiac Killer was a serial killer who operated mostly in Northern California in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The killer’s identity remains unknown. The Zodiac murdered victims in Riverside (near LA) Benicia, Vallejo, Lake Berryessa and San Francisco between December 1968 and October 1969. Four men and three women between the ages of 16 and 29 were targeted.

The killer originated the name “Zodiac” in a series of taunting letters sent to the local Bay Area press. These letters included four cryptograms (or ciphers). Of the four cryptograms sent, only one has been confirmed to have been decoded.

Numerous suspects have been named by law enforcement and amateur investigators, but no conclusive evidence has surfaced. In April 2004, the San Francisco Police Department marked the case “inactive,” yet re-opened the case at some point prior to March 2007. The case also remains open in the city of Vallejo, as well as in Napa County and Solano County.

The California Department of Justice has maintained an open case file on the Zodiac murders since 1969.

Bates’ possible connection to the Zodiac only appeared four years after her murder when San Francisco Chronicle reporter Paul Avery received a tip regarding similarities between the Zodiac killings and the circumstances surrounding Bates’ death.

At the time of the murder Lee Allen was a school teacher in Calaveras County, Cal. — about 400 miles away. But nearly every weekend he traveled to Riverside where he was a car club member. On the Monday following Bates’ murder, Allen did not go to work. If Allen did commit the murder, he might have needed to allow time for scratches on his face to heal.

Where are these five beautiful women, how could they just disappear, no cell phone activity, no credit card activity, nothing.

To put the distances between the 5 missing blonde women in perspective, it is only 30 miles from Florence KY to Fairfield OH, it is only 80 miles from Darden TN to Dyersburg TN, it is only 130 miles between Bloomington IN and Florence KY and the same for Fairfield OH.

 

 

There have been 5 identical cases of petite blonde haired white females who have just vanished from the face of the earth since September 23rd, 2010 and cops have no clues as to where any of then are or a suspect. In the Holly Bobo case it appears that a white male who appeared to be 5′ 10″ to 6′ 0″ tall and over 200 lbs kidnapped Holly from her carport.

 

On November 9th,  I had a heart breaking conversation with one of the mothers of the five pretty blonde women who have been kidnapped, that’s right kidnapped, from Dyersburg TN, Fairfield OH, Bloomington IN, Darden TN, and Florence KY. It appears that the families of the missing women, Karen Swift, Holly Bobo, Lauren Spierer, Paige Johnson and Kate Markham are in the dark about any leads in thier cases from the cops.

 

From information in the conversation today with the mother of one of the kidnapped pretty blonde females it appears that there is only one FBI agent working her case, what the hell ? How do you tell the FBI to “connect the dots”.

 

SEX PREDATOR PROFILE..Look for a white male, 5′ 10″ to 6′ 0″ tall and over 200 lbs, he will be 38 to 59 years old, he works in a construction related business, he is on the road very early in the morning 3:00 am to 7:00 am, he is familiar with the four state area of Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, possibly delivers construction materials, he would have served prison time, possibly in Kentucky, for violent sex crimes on young females.

 

The perp would drive a large van or box truck, he would be familiar with police procedures, he would discard the victims cell phone and battery, he would not use the victims credit or debit cards, no electronic trace, he would remove his victims from the area. The perp could be operating out of the Louisville KY area, central to all five kidnappings.
