Bike Found of Missing Lafayette University Student Mickey Shunick Near Whiskey Bay Under I-10 Bridge, Bad News Mickey Shunick Has Been Kidnapped

ABC NEWS…The bicycle belonging to missing college student Michaela “Mickey” Shunick was found Sunday by a fisherman near Whiskey Bay, police spokesman Cpl. Paul Mouton said. The fisherman found the black Schwinn bike beneath Interstate 10 at Whiskey Bay exit No. 127 and called the Lafayette Police tip line sometime Sunday morning, Mouton said. Police were searching and investigating the area Sunday afternoon. “Once we were able to get confirmation (that it was Shunick’s bicycle), we started processing the area,” Mouton said.

The location where the bike was found under the I-10 bridge is about 25 miles, (heading East on I-10), from where Mickey Shunick was last seen on May 19 near the busy intersection of Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Congress Street in Lafayette LA.

The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge is a pair of parallel bridges in the US state of Louisiana between Baton Rouge and Lafayette which carries Interstate 10 over the Atchafalaya Basin. With a total length of 96,095 feet (29,290 m) or 18.2 miles, it is the fourteenth longest bridge in the world by total length. The bridge includes two exits: one for Whiskey Bay (LA 975) and another for Butte La Rose (LA 3177). While the bridges run parallel for most of their length, they merge when crossing the Whiskey Bay Pilot Channel and the Atchafalaya River, see map click here.

Is Mickey Shunick The 12th Petite Blonde Female to Have Been Abducted and Vanished Without a Trace?

As more and more time passes by the missing person and/or kidnapped cases of petite blondes like Mickey Shunick, Heather Hodges, Kelli Bordeaux, Paige Johnson, Holy Bobo, Lauren Spierer and 5 others appears to be the work of a serial sexual predators who has  a specific type of female that he seeks out, a small petite female with long blonde hair. Cops claim the cases of all these missing petite blonde females over the past couple of years are not related, oh really?  Long Distance Serial Killers Who Travel Pose Big Problems For Cops, Look At The Zodiac Killer, Ted Bundy, Aileen Wuornos and the “Night Stalker”.

Fast forward to SUNDAY May 27th 2012 and now there are a total of 12 abducted or murdered petite white females all with long blonde hair;
1). Kelli Bordeaux, blonde hair, 5′ 0″ tall and 99 lbs, 23 years old.
2). Heather Hodges, blonde hair, 5′ 1′ tall and 99 lbs, 22 years old
3). Paige Johnson, blonde hair, 5′ 1″ tall and 110 lbs, 18 years old.
4). Holly Bobo, blonde hair, 5′ 3″ tall and 110 lbs, 21 years old….Kidnapped
5). Lauren Spierer, blonde hair, 4′ 11″ tall and 95 lbs, 21 years old.
6). Karen Swift, blonde hair, 5′ 5″ tall and 136 lbs…..Murdered
7). Kate Markham, blondish hair, 5′ 3″ tall and 128 lbs, 22 years old
8). Brittanee Drexel, blonde hair, 5′ 0″ tall and 105 lbs, 17 years old.
9). Crystal Hall, reddish blonde hair, 5′ 3″ tall and 105 lbs, 24 years old
10). Carmen Purpura, blonde hair, 5′ 1″ tall and 105 lbs….Murdered
11). Misty Gwinner, blonde hair, 5′ 2″ tall and 119 lbs, 18 years old….Murdered.

And now 22 year old college student Mickey Shunick has been kidnapped, she is a white female with long blonde hair, she is 5′ 1″ tall and weighs 115 lbs, just like all the other petite females listed above, see a pattern here?

Over the last few years there has been several unsolved cases of petite blonde females who resemble Mickey Shunick in looks and size with a very similar M.O..  Twelve petite blonde females have been abducted and or murdered with no results for the families. These petite blonde females have all been abducted from open spaces away from their homes or apartments, there were no break-ins, there are no suspects, there are no persons of interest and there appears to be no DNA evidence. A serial predator is working the Interstate highway system from Lafayette LA to Bloomington IN to Fayetteville NC and numerous points in between.

Back on Friday November 18th 2011, I was CNN’s Headline News with Jane Velez-Mitchell (see video at this link CLICK HERE) with a panel of investigators and profilers discussing the 5 identical cases of petite blonde white females who just vanished without a trace and cops had no clues or a suspect or a person of interest. I felt that a trucker or a guy who works construction projects from state to state was the perp, others on the CNN panel did not agree with my profile at the time and felt the 5 missing petite blonde female cases were not linked, profiler Pat Brown was most vocal and said “I don’t buy the blonde hair connection”, how’s that looking now Pat Brown?
