EXPOSED: Several Students Who Died at Dozier School for Boys in Marianna Fl Were Killed by Gunshot Wounds Like George Owen Smith.

Thursday, September 05, 2013

EXPOSED: Several Students, Little Kids, Who Died at Dozier School for Boys in Marianna Fl Were Killed by Gunshot Wounds, Like George Owen Smith, But Official Cause of Death Was Not Listed as Homicide, What the Hell?  What kind of man would be a murdering, rapist pedophile reform school guard at Dozier, these guards all came out of the Marianna Fl area to work at the Dozier School for Boys, were they KKK members, that would sure as hell would explain a lot.

I wonder how many skeletons are going to be dug up at the Dozier School for Boys in Marianna Fl with bullet holes in the skulls?  Jackson County Officials, the Jackson County Attorney Frank Baker and others like self important Marianna mouthpiece Dale Cox have done everything in their power to stop the USF team led by Associate Professor Erin Kimmerle from digging up the long buried bodies of the little boys who were beaten, raped and murdered at the Dozier School for Boys.
Tampa’s Bay News 9 reported that the University of South Florida (USF) had concluded the first phase of it’s dig after exhuming bones from the property where the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys stood. The school opened in the 1900s and was the subject of abuse, torture, rape and murder allegations over the years.  USF won approval from Florida Gov. Rick Scott to unearth the graves located on the property’s Boot Hill Cemetery. Survivors believe that more children died in the 111 years the school was operational than reported by school staff.
Kimmerle showed numerous inconsistencies filed by Dozier with the state of Florida regarding children’s and teen’s death certificates. For example, several students who died at the school were killed by gunshot wounds, yet the official cause of death was not listed as homicide; as is customary according to Florida law. Kimmerle’s team will look for evidence of blunt force trauma on the bones recovered (bullet holes in skulls) as well as perform DNA testing to hopefully reunite the deceased with their loved ones.
In the summer of 1940, Ovell Smith’s 14-year old brother, George Owen Smith, was sent to the  Florida Industrial School for Boys aka Dozier School for Boys accused of wrecking a stolen car, (relatives claim he did not know how to drive a car). Shortly after arriving at the school, George Owen Smith tried to escape but was captured. In  a letter home to his family, George Owen Smith said upon his return that he “got what was  coming to him.” Despite the threat of further punishment, Owen escaped from the  school again in December 1940 with another boy. Only this time, Owen was never  seen alive again. On January 1, 1941 the school’s superintendent, Millard Davidson, sent  a letter to George Owen Smith’s parents. It read, “…so far, we have not been able to  get any information concerning his whereabouts.”  Owen’s mother replied to the school announcing intentions to travel to  Marianna in search of her son. As the family prepared to travel north, they  received further communique from the school. A telephone call alerting them that  Owen Smith’s body had been found underneath a home in a residential area, miles from school property, relatives claim that Dozier school guards shot George Owen Smith to death, see link http://www.tampabay.com/news/politics/state/fdle-investigation-into-florida-school-for-boys-cemetery-is-over-but/1001505

Jackson County Tourist Development P.E.G TV to film Marianna Fl ‘City of Southern Charm’ others compared Marianna Dozier School ‘White House’ to Nazi Gas Chamber at Dachau.

Monday, September 02, 2013

Marianna Fl- Jackson County Tourist Development Council leaders said they wanted to tap-into the power of television advertising by creating their own channel. P.E.G TV stands for public access and general- or, general audience” TDC Director, Pam Fuqua explained.  She said the TDC was working with Chipola College TV and Comcast Cable to help start a PEG channel. “We thought, ‘this is an excellent opportunity to start something like Beach TV, and show off our attractions’” Fuqua said. “We’ll do videos of our caverns and our waterways, like Lake Seminole. We’ll have some live shots and promotional work for our upcoming events.”
The JACKSON county administrator and county attorney Frank Baker (indicted by the DOJ)  were working on a contract. Fuqua did not have an estimated cost for the project, but hoped it would be complete in the next 12 to 18 months. “We’re still in the product development stage” she told us. “What that means is, we’re getting together our ground roots before we promote.” Maybe they can film tours of the Dozier School for Boys graveyard and the torture room of the ‘White House” where litle boys were beaten, raped and murdered.
TAMPA BAY TIMES-MARIANNA FL — The old reform school on the edge of town is all but abandoned. The only activity is from a few guards who watch the gate to make sure the locals don’t cut the razor wire and strip the darkened buildings bare of copper. But in this little blue-collar city a few miles up State Road 276, the shuttered campus, home for a more than a century to Florida’s juvenile delinquents, has surged back into conversation.

They call Marianna the “City of Southern Charm,” but that sweet-tea nickname has been poisoned, some here are saying, by its connection to the reform school, built in 1900, and by incessant derision from a group of several hundred men who have come forward with stories of sexual abuse, extreme beatings from school staff and tales of classmates who disappeared.
But no matter how many tell of being tortured at the Florida School for Boys, no matter how similar their stories or how many old newspaper clippings support their claims, some residents here refuse to believe themAt a public meeting last week, a state NAACP representative who toured the campus recently with Sen. Bill Nelson compared the White House to a Nazi gas chamber at Dachau, Germany (photo above), suggesting that those who lived near the concentration camp did not know of the atrocities until the camp was liberated.

Dozier School A Concentration Camp For Little Boys Has Dark Secrets Unearthed In KKK Held Marianna Fl. MARIANNA FL for years, almost no one at the Dozier School even knew about the burial ground in a clearing in the woods on the edge of campus. It was forbidden territory. The soil here, churned in places by tiny ants, holds more than the remains of little boys. Only now is it starting to give up its dark secrets: horror stories of state-sanctioned barbarism, including flogging, sexual assault and, possibly, murder.

But, as suspicions deepen about how the boys in the burial ground died, pressure is growing again on the state to shine new light into the darkest days of the school in Marianna, a Florida Panhandle town that once was a bastion of the KKK (private investigator Bill Warner was first to bring this to your attention CLICK HERE) and the site of the 1934 lynching of Claude Neal. The pressure is coming from some of the school’s survivors, from relatives of boys who died here, and from Florida’s top US Senator, Bill Nelson.

Reports of Beatings, Rape and Murder at Dozier School for Boys in Marianna FL Reminiscent of Movie ‘Sleepers’, See Photos.

Sunday, August 11, 2013

JACKSON COUNTY FLORIDIAN NEWS, Our View: This is not our Marianna. The unfolding controversy at the notorious and long-defunct (closed in 2011) Dozier School for Boys has drawn dark clouds over our northwest Florida community for several years. we encourage state officials and others concerned with burying the legacy of Dozier to put whatever blame where it belongs – on the state of Florida, not the city of Marianna….. “Oh Yeah, so where did the guard work pool come from for the Dozier concentration camp”? Yeah I know, they were just doing their job, just like guards at other concentration camps.

TROY E. TIDWELL THE  ‘ONE ARMED MAN’ TORTURED BOYS AT THE DOZIER SCHOOL FOR DECADES HE IS A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF MARIANNA FL LIVING ON PUTNAM AND PARK ST. Let’s get real here all you fine citizens of Marianna Florida, during the 1930′s, 1940′s, 1950′s and the the 1960′s Marianna was the center and a stronghold for Ku Klux Klan activity, lynching of black males along with unspeakable rape, torture and murder of white and black boys at the Dozier School for Boys was the order of the day.  Dozier school guards (from Marianna), administration, and the local Marianna Sheriff were all linked to the violent KKK. Just what do you think happened to the black boys at the Dozier School For Boys in the 1950′s and the 1960′s, and just who do you think worked at Dozier, Martians?

It is a matter of fact that young boys, both white and colored, were raped and tortured at the Dozier School for Boys “White House” in Marianna Fl, at least 65 ended up dead. During the time frame of 1932 to 1936 there were reported to be 12 young  ’colored boys’ who died of “Pneumonia” (just like in the movie ‘Sleepers’) at the Dozier School for Boys in Marianna Fl.  On October 26th, 1934 the ‘colored man’ Claude Neal was brutally tortured and lynched in Marianna Fl by the KKK and his body was left hanging to a tree in the Marianna Town Square for 24 hours, so what really happened to those ‘colored boys’ at Dozier?

Just as the autobiographical book and movie Sleepers should serve as a cautionary tale against the cruelties of a few against those within their control. Lorenzo Carcaterra grew up in Hell’s Kitchen, New York in the 1960′s and, after crushing a man accidentally during a prank, was sent off with three of his friends to the Wilkinson Home for Boys (Elmira Reformatory in the 1960′s) in upstate New York. There, at the hands of those in charge, Carcaterra and his friends were abused repeatedly.

As a long time resident and business owner in Panama City Fl before moving to Sarasota Fl, I had several investigative cases in and around Marianna Fl, I got a good taste of the mind set of the residents.  For several years I have worked in conjunction with the White House Boys in getting their story out to the public, in doing so I have had over 30 phone interviews with past “inmates” at the Dozier School for Boys.  In each and every one of these phone interviews the story was always the same, beatings, rape and young boys who went to the “White House” and were never seen again. It is what it is and the FBI should be on the ground along with USF Prof Dr. Kimmerle and her team investigating the possible murders and civil rights violations of the boys at the Dozier School in Marianna Fl.

KKK in Marianna Jackson County Fl and at the Dozier School for Boys.  From 1869 to 1871, four years after the Civil War ended in 1865, Jackson County was the center of a low-level guerrilla war known as the Jackson County War. Members of the Ku Klux Klan consisting of Confederate Army veterans assassinated over 150 Republican Party officials and murdered prominent African-Americans as part of a successful campaign to retain white Democratic power. The Florida Industrial School for Boys also known as the Dozier School for Boys Marianna Fl opened for business on January 1st, 1900, it appears that many of the guards and school officials were pulled from the membership of the KKK.
From early 1869 through the end of 1871, citizens of Jackson County, Florida, slaughtered their neighbors by the score. The nearly three year frenzy of bloodshed became known as the Jackson County War. The killings, close to one hundred and by some estimates twice that number, brought Jackson County the notoriety of being the most violent county in Florida during the Reconstruction era. The Jackson County War emerges as an emblem of all that could and did go wrong in the uneasy years after Appomattox and that left a residue of hatred and fear that endured for generations. By 1920, millions of board feet of lumber and thousands of barrels of turpentine and rosin had been shipped from Jackson County. This was during the “convict leasing program” that was in effect. Not only men but boys as young as 13-14 were sent to these camps. The level of brutality was severe. The boys were expected to do a man’s work and if they didn’t they were whipped where they fell.

FBI: Frank Baker The Attorney Hired By Jackson County to Stop the Dig for Bodies At Dozier School for Boys Marianna Fl Indicted By DOJ on Bank Fraud Charges.

Friday, August 09, 2013

FBI: Frank Baker The Attorney Hired By Jackson County to Stop the Dig for Bodies At Dozier School for Boys Marianna Fl Indicted By DOJ on Bank Fraud Charges. Jackson County Commissioners had appointed local historian Dale Cox to help county attorney Frank Baker as he represents the county’s interests in court as Circuit Judge Bill Wright decides whether to allow the exhumation of human remains on the campus of the old Dozier School for Boys.

The appointment of Dale Cox as an assistant to Frank Baker, photo above, came at a county commission meeting, just after Dale Cox had presented the county board with several requests for action that would support his individual opposition to the exhumation. The disinterment is being called for in part because questions linger about how many people are buried there, and about who is buried where.  The graves are unmarked by name and there are areas near the cemetery and perhaps elsewhere on the campus where a University of South Florida research team suspects that unmarked and long-forgotten graves are located.

PANAMA CITY, FL—Donald Terry Dubose, a/k/a Terry Dubose, 65, of Panama City Beach, Florida; Elwood Ladon West, a/k/a Woody West, 39 of Monroeville, Alabama; and Frank Alfred Baker, 61, of Marianna, Florida, have been charged for their roles in a fraud scheme involving the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (TLGP), announced U.S. Attorney Pamela C. Marsh for the Northern District of Florida. The TLGP was created at the height of the 2008 financial crisis in order to encourage lending but, according to the allegations, was misused by the defendants to shield themselves and their institution from financial losses.
Coastal closure recrop The defendants were indicted by a federal grand jury with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud against the FDIC, seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of making false statements to the FDIC, and one count of aiding and abetting a false claim against the United States. A sealed indictment was returned by a federal grand jury on July 9, 2013, and unsealed today. The indictment alleges that Coastal Community Investments (Coastal) was a bank-holding company that owned Coastal Community Bank, based in Panama City Beach, Florida, and Bayside Savings Bank, based in Port St. Joe, Florida. Coastal Community Bank and Bayside Savings Bank both failed on July 30, 2010. Dubose was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coastal and the second largest Coastal shareholder. West was the Chief Financial Officer of Coastal and a Coastal shareholder. Baker was an attorney for Coastal and Coastal’s largest shareholder.
The fraud alleged in the indictment involved the TLGP, which was created at the height of the financial crisis in October 2008. The purpose of the TLGP was to encourage banks to begin lending to one another again and, thereby, help stabilize the economy. To do this, the TLGP provided that the FDIC would guarantee a loan made by one financial institution (the “lender”) to another financial institution (the “borrower”) in an amount up to 125 percent of the borrower’s existing senior unsecured debt (outstanding-unsecured debt), thus assuring repayment to the lender by the borrower or, in the event of default, by the FDIC.
Post image for Coastal Community Bank Taken over by FDIC
The indictment further alleges that, in October 2008, Coastal had a $3 million loan with RBC Bank (USA), which was secured by 100 percent of the stock of Coastal Community Bank and Bayside Savings Bank (the RBC Loan). At that time, the RBC Loan was in default, thus giving RBC the ability to exercise its right to take the pledged stock and potentially rendering defendants’ shares in Coastal worthless. Under pressure from RBC to repay this debt, the indictment alleges that the defendants falsely certified to the FDIC that the RBC Loan was unsecured, knowing that it was secured, so that Coastal could get an FDIC guaranteed loan under the TLGP. The indictment further alleges that Coastal obtained a $3,750,000 (125 percent of the RBC Loan) loan from central Florida-based CenterState Bank, which—based on the defendants’ misrepresentations—was guaranteed by the FDIC under the TLGP (the TLGP Loan).
Coastal used the proceeds of the TLGP Loan to repay the RBC Loan. In June 2010, Coastal defaulted on the TLGP Loan, and, on August 7, 2010, CenterState Bank filed a claim with the FDIC for payment of the full amount due on the TLGP Loan, plus interest. The FDIC paid CenterState’s claim on August 13, 2010 by wiring $3,805,833.34 in principal and interest from the FDIC to CenterState. Finally, the indictment alleges that Dubose, desiring to avoid losses to himself and his family as Coastal’s financial condition deteriorated, fraudulently sold and converted Coastal stock owned by him and his family members to unwitting investors by misrepresenting the nature of the stock, by misrepresenting Coastal’s financial condition, and by providing loans from Coastal Community Bank to finance the purchases of Coastal stock. Defendants are scheduled for to appear in federal court for their initial appearance and arraignment on August 8, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the U.S. District Courthouse in Panama City, Fla.
banker-jail-300x224
The defendants face a maximum of 30 years in prison for each count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud and a maximum of five years in prison for making false statements to the FDIC and aiding and abetting CenterState Bank in making a false claim against the United States. This indictment results from an extensive investigation by agents of the Federal Reserve Board-Office of the Inspector General, FBI, FDIC, and Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Gayle Littleton. An indictment is merely an allegation by a grand jury that a defendant has committed a violation of federal criminal law and is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Sid Riley Publisher of Jackson County Times Said Bad Publicity From Bodies Dug Up at Dozier School Will Hamper Tourism in Marianna, WTH?

Thursday, August 08, 2013

Who in the world would want to visit Marianna Fl the site of a reform school where little boys were raped, beaten and murdered by guards who possibly linked to the KKK and in the 1930′s they hung a black man from a tree in the town square and left his body there for 24 hours, I think I would rather walk into Hell than Marianna Fl.
USF Gets OK to Search for Remains at Former Reform School in Marianna Fl. Sid Riley, publisher of the Jackson County Times, implored Gov Scott on Aug 1 2013 to deny USF’s request “to dig up those Christian buried gravesites at Dozier School for Boys.” Riley expressed concern about how removing of bodies will impact the local economy and that survivors will try to use what may be found to seek “reparations” from the state. The bad publicity which will ensue during the year or more of time which will be involved will seriously hamper our local tourism development programs, as well as economic development efforts for our county,” Riley wrote. “Please do not allow them to engage in this greed motivated waste of money.” WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GUY TALKING ABOUT?
UPDATE August 9th, 2013….TALK ABOUT BAD PUBLICITY…Jackson County Attorney Frank Baker Marianna Fl Charged with Conspiracy and Bank Fraud, Jackson County Attorney Frank Baker Had tried to Stop Exhumation of Bodies at the Dozier School for Boys.  see http://pibillwarner.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/attorney-frank-baker-marianna-fl-charged-with-conspiracy-and-bank-fraud-baker-had-tried-to-stop-exhumation-of-bodies-at-the-dozier-school-for-boys/
The researchers have been investigating the Panhandle school, which at one time encompassed 1,400 acres, to determine whether boys at the reform school were possibly killed and buried on school grounds. Robert Strayley, 66, who was sent to the school in 1963 after running away from his home in Tampa several times, recalled that floggings were still being administered to boys at the school throughout his 10-month stay. “This is a historic moment for Florida because they reached into a past for Florida that was so dark that nobody wants to talk about it,” said Strayley, who attended the Cabinet meeting with others who had been sent to the school and are known as the “the White House Boys” and “Dozier Boys.”

Jackson County Judge Denies Request For Court Order To Dig Up 50 Unmarked Graves While Florida Budget Adds $190,000 To Find Truth At Dozier School For Boys in KKK Held Marianna.

Sunday, May 26, 2013

A judge in Jackson County has denied a request for a court order permitting the exhumation of more than 50 unmarked graves at the former Dozier School for Boys in Marianna, saying state law already gives a medical examiner authority to do so. In an opinion issued Friday, Circuit Judge William Wright reasoned that the decision about whether to permit the exhumation is not for the court to make. A state permit, under which University of South Florida anthropologists have operated as they try to pinpoint where the graves are and who might be buried in them, is enough for them to continue their work, the judge said. If they unearth human remains, the medical examiner would have the authority to investigate.

“Any further excavation by USF will be with state permission on state property,” Wright wrote. “The medical examiner does not need a court order to carry out his statutory duties if human remains are found.” Wright noted that the exhumations should be done in pursuit of a possible criminal investigation — and not as just fishing expeditions. At the end of his order, Wright urged officials to proceed with “caution” and quoted a 1949 case that says the “quiet of the grave, the repose of the dead, are not lightly to be disturbed.”

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida’s new state budget includes money for University of South Florida researchers so they can try to uncover the truth at the controversial Dozier School for Boys in Marianna. Florida lawmakers set aside $190,000 for USF anthropologists to investigate the mysterious deaths at the former, state-run reform school during the 20th Century. Former students of Dozier School claim the school’s staff committed atrocities against some of the boys (one armed man Troy Tidwell). USF researchers have already determined more boys died at the school, nearly 100, than state records show. They also discovered 49 unmarked graves on the property. That’s 17 more graves than the Florida Department of Law Enforcement found during its investigation in 2009. The new state budget takes effect July 1.

Dozier School A Concentration Camp For Little Boys Has Dark Secrets Unearthed In KKK Held Marianna Fl. In the town of Marianna, conversations about the Dozier School are difficult. Calvin  Creamer, 62, knew the school cobbler who made boots with markings in the heels  so they could track the boys down if they ran away – and the leather straps for  the floggings. “They were mean people to start with,” he said of the men who  dispensed the discipline. “Back then, it was torture for those boys. And the police didn’t care either. They would strip them down and strap them to  50-gallon drums bear naked, and then they’d beat them.” News of the torture, rape and murder of children at the Dozier School for Boys in KKK held Marianna Fl has hit news stands world wide with the release of the bombshell story in the “The Independent News UK”.  While the Marianna Fl, (Claude Neal), lynching in 1934 may have been the last “spectacle” lynching in the nation, many other lynchings of a less publicized nature would follow. In fact, Marianna would be the site of another lynching less than 10 years later in 1942 when Dozier School for Boys sadistic guard Troy Tidwell was now 20, the KKK also had a large presence in Marianna Fl that appears to still influence the area….

Burt Reynolds Pal FSU Hall Of Fame Football Player And Ex NY Giant Vic Prinzi Was The Coach For The Dozier School for Boys Prison in 1961 Marianna Fl, The First “Longest Yard.”

UPDATED August 28th, 2013

Dozier School for Boys Football Player Edgar Elton Was Murdered

FDLE reviewed and analyzed the following documentation to identify the Florida Industrial School for Boys at Marianna State Prison deceased: School ledgers, student record books, the School’s publication of The Yellow Jacket, local and national newspapers, the Florida Department of State Library and Archives, and the Florida Department of Health Division of Vital Statistics.  Photographs were taken of the ledger entries and The Yellow Jacket newspaper articles due to their delicate condition and photocopies were made of all other documents. Vic Prinzi Florida State University Football Quaterback 1954 to 1958, NY Giants 1958 to 1960 was the Coach for the Dozier School for Boys State Prison at Marianna Fl in 1961.

tn_1200_oct60_fb_jackets-team__Large___Medium__jpg
From information from one of the players on the Dozier School for Boys football team (the Mean Machine) it has been revealed that Burt Reynolds would show up from time to time at the Dozier School for Boys football team practice in Marianna Fl.  Yellow Jacket football player Edgar Elton, pictured above on June 24th, 1961, died just 16 days after the photo was taken during a during a very fast paced passing session practice, it appears he had asthma, see more info below.  Why was the Dozier School For Boys State Prison football team practicing in full pads in the blistering Florida summer heat in June of 1961, which is strictly prohibited for all school teams in the State of Florida (no Summer practice for high school age). During his playing days as a starting quarterback and defensive back, Vic Prinzi embodied the early days of Florida State football. Prinzi began his career as a freshman in 1954, grabbing national headlines for his three touchdown performance against VMI as a fifth-string quarterback. He was joined in the backfield that year by long-time friend Burt Reynolds.  Prinzi played briefly with the New York Giants and the Denver Broncos before joining the high school and college coaching ranks for 12 seasons. Why was Vic Prinzi coaching the Coach Dozier School For Boys Florida State Prison football team in 1961 ?

Vic Prinzi (quarterback) and Burt Reynolds (running back) were football teammates at Florida State University and then long time friends. Vic Prinzi, ex-pro quarterback, played pro football with the NY Ginats from 1958 to 1960, and then ends up as the football coach for the Dozier School For Boys Florida State Prison football team in 1961, (who are a travel team and play teams in Georgia and Alabama), were the games were heavily bet on by State Prison officals.
Burt Reynolds when onto movie stardom and in 1974 has the lead role in “the Longest Yard” as an ex-pro footbal quarterback sent to a Florida State Prison where he coach’s the convicts to play the guards (who have a travel team and play for money).  Burt Reynolds kept numerous friends in Tampa over the years, among them photographer Simon Rose; auto dealer Ernie Haire; former football teammate and stockbroker Victor Prinzi; businesswoman Woodward; restaurateur Malio Iavarrone; real estate developer George Courtner; and WTVT sports director Andy Hardy.

Reynolds always reciprocated good deeds and did TV commercials for the Haire auto dealership after Ernie Haire lent him his helicopter for several emergencies. He named Dom DeLuise’s character in 1981′s big screen hit “The Cannonball Run” after his college buddy Victor Prinzi. Wanting to be near Pam Seales, a good friend and head cocktail waitress at Malio’s Restaurant who had been introduced to him by Vic Prinzi, Reynolds insisted that Universal Pictures make “Cop and a Half” in Tampa and it was done. Ironically, Vic Prinzi had been best man at Reynolds wedding to Loni Anderson.

Jerry Cooper a Whitehouse Boy and the star quarteback on the 1961 Florida Industrial School for Boys at Marianna State Prison football team has provided the details and goes onto to claim that one of the football players on the team, Edgar Elton, was murdered boy the one armed man “Troy Tidwell” at what is now the Dozier School for boys.  The Florida Department of Agriculture which ran the boys prison in 1961 has a lot of explaining to do. There is no doubt that many deaths (killings) occurred at the Florida Industrial School for Boys at Marianna. Most will be denied by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as well as the Department of Juvenile Justice. It appears that even the deaths that can be substantiated will be covered up and considered as nothing more than a “normal passing.”   Below is an article which appeared in the Florida School for Boys Yellow Jacket Newspaper on July 10, 1961 as well as a picture of Edgar Elton, a sixteen year old boy, who was unnecessarily murdered during an illegal football practice in the school gymnasium ( see Edgar Elton in the football photo above taken in June 1961).

This is the truth how Edgar Elton died on July 10th 1961. The Yellow Jacket football team was in a practice session in the gym that day. It was not a physical fitness class as reported by the Yellow Jacket Newspaper which I just saw for the first time today Feb.18, 2010 which I received from Roger Kiser. The whole Yellow Jacket article is a complete and total Lie.  “I was the second player in line behind Edgar during a very fast pace passing session. It was extremely fast and very exhausting, and it was very difficult for every team member to keep pace. Edgar went into an asthma attack and fell to his knees. Gasping for air, he told me he couldn’t breath and that he had a letter given to the school (by parents and his private doctor) that he was not suppose to be playing any form of sports.”
I told him to go to Troy Tidwell and Mr. Hatton who were both present in the gym. As he climbed to his feet and stumbled toward them; he was met by Tidwell about half-court. Tidwell screamed “get your ass back in line.” When I broke line to tell them he was having a breathing attack; Hatton reached up to his side and placed his hand on his pistol, which he carried under the gray jacket he always wore. Tidwell turned toward me and then he began screaming calling me a “xxxxxxxx”. The next run Edgar made would be his last. He collapsed and died within a minute. He was not rushed to the hospital as stated in the article. Dr. Wexler showed up ten or fifteen minutes later and pronounced him dead. His lifeless body was lying on the floor. No other Doctor was involved, whatsoever. “
Portions of Troy Tidwell deposition-The beater of thousands of young boys, click here for VIDEO.  The Dozier School for Boys State Prison had hired a professional football player/coach Vic Prinzi  who had been an all-star quarterback for the Florida State University, who went on to play quarterback position for Denver Bronco’s and the New York Giants. Formally he had been injured and had his spleen removed. We had a coach who was a permanent employee on staff. Why was such an important coach necessary, like Vic Prinzi, to coach us?  He never actually showed up at any of our games (in public outside the prison), only during practice sessions.  Football was very important to Mr. Dozier, school superintendent, as well as too many of the other staff. I really think that Vic Prinzi may have been privately compensated by Mr. Dozier and other staff members as he was not on the Florida state payroll.  Arthur Dozier and many other staff members were placing large financial bets on the outcome of the game(s). That was the advantage of us having a pro player coach and practicing illegally (not within season regulations) while holding our training exercises hidden inside the gym and then later on hiding our practice sessions behind the baseball field, located behind the large school house.

Poor review for Marianna’s Dozier School for Boys; Report notes various other problems at the school that serves Northeast Florida By Jim Schoettler Story updated at 11:24 PM on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009. Breakdowns in security and inadequate medical treatment for students at a troubled high-risk reform school in Marianna are among the many criticisms leveled against the state-run facility in an annual assessment of the program.  The report, known as a quality assurance review, describes chaotic conditions at the Dozier School for Boys, including reports of gang fights, students being allowed by staff to punish other youths and a lack of medical attention for the ill. A majority of youth surveys reviewed for the assessment said students didn’t feel safe because of threats from other youths and staff.  At least nine students were hospitalized in the past six months because of brawls at the school, the report said. The review, done in October, indicated that several staff members were caught sleeping or falsifying logs used to check on youths. Seven have either resigned, been fired or face termination, more from this source……

Tuesday, March 26, 2013

Federal grant program of some $3 Million to find graves at Dozier , Well it’s about damn time that the Department of Justice (DOJ) got involved in helping fund and find the secret graves of murdered children at the Dozier School Concentration Camp in KKK held Marianna Fl.  Just like as seen in the movie “Mississippi Burning” the Federal government is going to do someting about the violation of the civil rights of both the white and the black boys at the Dozier School Concentration Camp in KKK held Marianna Fl, the FBI should be investigating the Dozier School.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen.  Bill Nelson (D-FL) today said there is a federal grant program of some $3 million that might be available to help with the costs of exhuming and  identifying bodies at the shuttered reform school in Marianna where unmarked  graves have been found. Federal funding is available to universities and  non-profits involved in exhuming bodies and identifying missing persons with DNA  technology, Nelson’s office was told by the Justice Department  Friday March 22nd.

Money has been a lingering concern for the USF forensic team  seeking to continue its work at the reform school site, where they already have  discovered numerous unmarked graves.  There have been allegations of  abuse at the reform school at various times over the years. In a letter  from Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department to Nelson, officials said  there is a grant program – amounting to $3 million, according to its website -  available for between two and four investigations that would involve  the use of DNA to identify missing people.  The agency said the deadline for the  grant program is May 6.

Local Marianna Fl historian Dale Cox claims the new graves didn’t prove anything. “These mystery graves really aren’t mysterious” said Cox. “Dozier marked them and maintained them, and I can’t see why they would purposefully mark and maintain graves for students they had murdered.” Though Cox and the Florida Department of Law Enfocements investigative report both acknowledged that the abuse the ‘White House Boys’ claim could have occurred, Cox said the latest revelations insinuating murder were publicity stunts,” …. OK Mr. Dale Cox now we will all see what the real story is at the Dozier School Concentration Camp in KKK held Marianna Fl.

KKK activism increased as a reaction against the civil rights movement in the 1950s and 1960s. Among the more notorious murders by Klan members in Florida is the torture and lynching of Claude Neal in Marianna Fl they even promoted his murder in the local newspaper; Marianna Daily Times-Courier, Marianna Fl, October 26, 1934. “Big Preparation Made for Lynching Tonight” of the Negro Claude Neal.  It is reported from reliable sources that the little children, some of them mere tots, who lived in the Greenwood neighborhood, waited with sharpened sticks for the return of Neal’s body and that when it rolled in the dust on the road that awful night these little children drove their weapons deep into the flesh of the dead man”.  Claude Neal’s body was hung to a tree on the northeast corner of the Marianna Fl Courthouse square and left hanging for over 24 hours, how’s that for some good ole boy Marianna Fl history, what do you think was happening to the black boys at the Dozier School Concentration Camp in KKK held Marianna Fl, FBI needs to investigate.

Dozier School A Concentration Camp For Little Boys Has Dark Secrets Unearthed In KKK Held Marianna Fl

Sunday, March 03, 2013

In the town of Marianna, conversations about the Dozier School are difficult. Calvin  Creamer, 62, knew the school cobbler who made boots with markings in the heels  so they could track the boys down if they ran away – and the leather straps for  the floggings. “They were mean people to start with,” he said of the men who  dispensed the discipline. “Back then, it was torture for those boys. And the police didn’t care either. They would strip them down and strap them to  50-gallon drums bear naked, and then they’d beat them.” News of the torture, rape and murder of children at the Dozier School for Boys in KKK held Marianna Fl has hit news stands world wide with the release of the bombshell story in the “The Independent News UK”, see more below;
ind SUNDAY MARCH 3rd, 2013: For years, almost no one at the Dozier School even knew about the burial ground in a clearing in the woods on the edge of campus. It was forbidden territory. The soil here, churned in places by tiny ants, holds more than the remains of little boys. Only now is it starting to give up its dark secrets: horror stories of state-sanctioned barbarism, including flogging, sexual assault and, possibly, murder.
That the Arthur G Dozier School – a borstal for delinquent boys founded in 1900 – was not a gentle place was well-established. Boys as young as six were chained to walls, lashings with a leather strap were frequent and, in the early decades, children endured enforced labour, making bricks and working printing presses. When it was closed in 2011, it had already been the subject of separate federal and state investigations.
But, as suspicions deepen about how the boys in the burial ground died, pressure is growing again on the state to shine new light into the darkest days of the school in Marianna, a Florida Panhandle town that once was a bastion of the KKK (private investigator Bill Warner was first to bring this to your attention CLICK HERE)and the site of the 1934 lynching of Claude Neal. The pressure is coming from some of the school’s survivors, from relatives of boys who died here, and from Florida’s top US Senator, Bill Nelson.
“Where there is smoke, there is fire,” Senator Nelson declared last month, calling on the state to delay plans to sell off the 1,400 acres occupied by the old school so that a team of forensic anthropologists from the University of South Florida can complete a project begun last year to comb the campus for more graves. He wants any bodies found exhumed, identified and returned to the families they came from.  Read more: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/a-concentration-camp-for-little-boys-dark-secrets-unearthed-in-kkk-county-8518009.html
USF Team Searching Secret Cemetery At ‘Dozier School For Boys’ Marianna Fl For Bodies Of Boys Raped And Murdered By Klan Members, FDLE has No Comment.  Let’s get real here all you citizens of Florida, during the 1930′s, 1940′s, 1950′s and the the 1960′s Marianna Fl was the center and a stronghold for Ku Klux Klan activity, lynching of black males along with unspeakable rape, torture and murder of white and black boys at the Dozier School for Boys was the order of the day.  Dozier school guards, administration, and the local Marianna Sheriff were all linked to the violent KKK. Just what do you think happened to the black boys at the Dozier School For Boys in the 1950′s and the 1960′s.
October 2, 2008, Marianna teacher ‘told students that ‘CHANGE’ stood for’ NIGGER…According to parents and students in Greg Howard’s seventh-grade social studies class, Howard on Friday, Sept. 26 asked the class a question regarding Obama’s call for change, and proceeded to write out what the letters C-H-A-N-G-E stood for.  “She told me that he wrote on the board ‘Can You Help A Nigger Get Elected’, and then laughed about it,” said Shelia Christian, a mother of one of Howard’s students. Marianna Teacher Greg Howard was suspended without pay for 10 days, was relieved of his football coaching duties, and will be transferred to the Jackson County Adult Education program, according to the Jackson County.
