Update 10/23/2012…..Autumn Pasquale, the 12-year-old New Jersey girl found dead in a home recycling bin after having been missing for several days, was allegedly killed by two teenage brothers who wanted her bike. The brothers, age 15 and 17, were arrested on Tuesday for Autumn Pasquale’s killing, NBC Philadelphia reported. The Gloucester County Medical Examiner’s Office preliminarily determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma, consistent with strangulation. Investigators also say there are no signs of sexual assault.

CLAYTON, N.J. — The discovery of a girl’s body in a home’s recycling bin spread grief and fear Tuesday through a small town in southern New Jersey that had been desperately searching for a 12-year-old resident since she missed her curfew over the weekend. Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton said the body of Autumn Pasquale was found around 10 p.m. Monday in the bin just blocks from her house and from Borough Hall, where thousands of people gathered earlier in the evening for a tearful candlelight vigil to pray for her safe return.
”The search for Autumn is over,” he told a news conference Tuesday. With autopsy results pending, he did not label the death a homicide. He said the investigation was just beginning and that there were no suspects. If someone is found responsible for the death, “they don’t deserve to be walking the streets,” he said. Howard Kowgill, 60, who lives in town and, like many, knows members of Autumn’s family, said the discovery of the body changes the nature of the town. “Until they find out who did it, you don’t let your kids out,” he said. By early September ‘Innocence of Muslims’ had been dubbed into Arabic and was brought to the attention of the Arabic-speaking world by Coptic blogger Morris Sadek on his website ”Nacopticas“. Morris Sadek’s Egyptian citizenship had been revoked for promoting calls for an attack on Egypt. A two-minute excerpt of ‘Innocence of Muslims’ dubbed in Arabic was broadcast on September 8 by Sheikh Khalad Abdalla on Al-Nas, an Egyptian television station and it has been all downhill from there.
YAHOO NEWS: DUBAI (Reuters) – The Yemen-based branch of al Qaeda urged Muslims to step up protests and kill more U.S. diplomats in Muslim countries after a U.S.-made film mocking the Prophet Mohammad which it said was another chapter in the “crusader wars” against Islam. “Whoever comes across America’s ambassadors or emissaries should follow the example of Omar al-Mukhtar’s descendants (Libyans), who killed the American ambassador,” the group said, referring to Tuesday’s attack on the U.S. consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi.
“Let the step of kicking out the embassies be a step towards liberating Muslim countries from the American hegemony,” a statement posted on an Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) website on Saturday said. Fury about the film swept across the Middle East after Friday prayers, with protesters attacking U.S. embassies and in protests that killed at least seven people and prompted Washington to send troops to bolster security at its missions.
“The film published in America by Joseph Nassralla which insults our Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, comes as part of the continuing crusader wars against Islam,” AQAP’s statement said, referring to European wars in the region some 1,000 years ago. “The incident is so huge that the resources of the nation should be pooled together to kick out the embassies of America from Muslim lands,” it said. AQAP, mostly militants mainly from Yemen and Saudi Arabia, is regarded by the United States as the most dangerous branch of the network founded by Osama bin Laden.

9/11 Conspiracy Nuts Take Head: Let me add my two cents to the WTC controversy that continues due to the left wing nuts about the inside job and that no steel frame building ever collapsed or would collapse inward. I am from Binghamton NY, about 2 1/2 hours drive from NYC, during the summers of 1967 and 1968 I worked as an Ironworker doing the work on new Route 17 bridges all the way down to outskirts of NYC and then on the lower floors (rod-busting) of the WTC.
The WTC was one of the first skyscrapers ever built with an open floor system, this is concrete slabs with reinforced steel rods suspended over corrugated sheeting on top of steel trusses that were spot welded on the I-Beams around the perimeter of the building. There was no interior support from each floor as the building took to rising, all the weight of each individual floor was supported by the outside steel beams.
For the 1,400 people in the top 19 floors of the north tower, there was no escape after the first jet smashed into the 94th through 98th floors at 8:46 a.m. But the people on the top floors of the south tower still had the chance to run, and for them, delay meant death.
The 9/11 planes hit the North and South WTC buildings at the 94th and approx. the 78th floors respectively and the ensuing jet fueled blaze weakened the support trusses and all it took was for one floor from above the impact area to collapse inward and all the following floors above would act as a giant sledge hammer to all the lower floors and down went the buildings, collapsing inwardly, see NYFD Chief’s report below.
Why the World Trade Center Buildings Collapsed “A Fire Chief ’s Assessment”
By: Deputy Chief Vincent Dunn ret. World Trade Center tower construction. In terms of structural system the twin towers departed completely from other high-rise buildings. Conventional skyscrapers since the 19th century have been built with a skeleton of interior supporting columns that supports the structure. Exterior walls of glass steel or synthetic material do not carry any load.
The Twin towers were radically different in structural design as the exterior wall is used as the load-bearing wall. The only interior columns are located in the core area, which contains the elevators. The outer wall carries the building vertical loads and provides the entire resistance to wind. The wall consists of closely spaced vertical columns (21 columns 10 feet apart) tied together by horizontal spandrel beams that girdle the tower at every floor.
Bearing walls and Open floor design; When the jet liners crashed into the towers based upon knowledge of the tower construction (KHALID SHEIKH MOHAMMED WAS A MECH ENG GRAD) and high-rise firefighting experience the following happened: First the plane broke through the tubular steel-bearing wall. This started the building failure. Next the exploding, disintegrating, 185-ton jet plane slid across an open office floor area and severed many of the steel interior columns in the center core area. Plane parts also crashed through the plasterboard-enclosed stairways, cutting off the exits from the upper floors. The jet collapsed the ceilings and scraped most of the spray-on fire retarding asbestos from the steel trusses.
The steel truss floor supports probably started to fail quickly from the flames and the center steel supporting columns severed by plane parts heated by the flames began to buckle, sag, warp and fail. Then the top part of the tower crashed down on the lower portion of the structure. This pancake triggered the entire cascading collapse of the 110-story structure.

August 17th, 2012 Identity thieves are poised to claim $21 billion in fraudulent tax refunds over the next five years, according to a report by the inspector general who oversees the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. The report documents the growth in tax fraud through identity theft and includes previously unreleased details of potentially fraudulent returns.
The identity theft fraud has been concentrated in Florida, said the report, which found more than $468 million in potential fraud in Tampa and $280 million in Miami. The report recommended that the IRS should use existing federal databases to flag potential fraud. It said Congress would have to grant the agency authority for this.
The report said the IRS should limit the number of tax refunds that can be sent to a single bank account and deposit refunds only to bank accounts and debit cards in the taxpayer’s name. “Online tax cheats are swindling billions from law-abiding Americans,” said Senator Bill Nelson, a Florida Democrat who requested the report, in a statement. “It’s an ongoing problem, and we’ve got to find a fix.”
Riverview, Florida May 15th, 2012 – A man whose name has come up in connection with the 9/11 terrorist attacks is now facing criminal charges for alleged tax fraud. Federal agents raided the Riverview home of Osama Mustafa Tuesday morning. He’s accused of defrauding the U.S. government and financial institutions out of millions of dollars, filing false tax returns, and committing money laundering.
More than 50 agents seized a number of Osama Mustafa’s vehicles, including a Silver Porsche, seen above. He was previously investigated by the FBI after allegedly hiring one of the 9/11 hijackers to work at his San Diego gas station. Osama Mustafa told a Tampa Tribune reporter in 2005 that his family lived in Ramallah, a Palestinian city on the West Bank.
ROANOKE, VA—A Federal grand jury sitting in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Roanoke has indicted three men on a variety of conspiracy and fraud charges related to their alleged scheme to profit from fraudulent United States Treasury checks and checks for Refund Anticipation Loans (RALs).
In an indictment returned underseal on May 10, 2012 and unsealed this week following the arrests of the defendants, the grand jury has charged Osama Mahmud Mustafa, a.k.a. “Sam Mustafa,” age 49, of Tampa, Florida; Khaldoun Khalil Khawaja, a.k.a. “Tony Khawaja,” age 48, of Tampa, Florida; and Muawia Khalil Adbeljalil, of Roanoke, Virginia.
Khaldoun Khalil Khawaja, a.k.a. “Tony Khawaja,” owns the Main Street Grocery Store 2117 Main St W. Tampa. In all, the defendants are accused of fraudulently depositing more than $17.5 million as a result of the scheme. Tony Khawaja is in this country illegally from Jordan. And Abdeljalil is accused in a separate indictment of entering into two fraudulent marriages in an effort to remain in the U.S.
The investigation of the case was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Secret Service, the United States Marshals Service Asset Forfeiture Program, the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI), and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. Assistant United States Attorney Joseph Mott of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Virginia will prosecute the case for the United States.

Later, he added, “The inspiration was based on frustration that we have the potential to accomplish so much more as individuals and a society in whole.” He did not discuss violence in the interview.
Page told the website that he had been a part of the white power music scene since 2000, when he left his native Colorado on a motorcycle. He attended white power concerts in Georgia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Colorado. At various times, he said, he also played in the hate rock bands Youngland (2001-2003), Celtic Warrior, Radikahl, Max Resist, Intimidation One, Aggressive Force and Blue Eyed Devils. End Apathy, he said, included “Brent” on bass and “Ozzie” on drums; the men were former members of Definite Hate and another band, 13 Knots. In 2000, the Southern Poverty Law Center has found that Page also attempted to purchase goods from the neo-Nazi National Alliance, then America’s most important hate group.
