PREVIEW: December 18th, 2011 The Dark Knight Rises the “concluding” movie in the Christopher Nolan directed trilogy of Batman films shot scenes recently near Wall Street in New York. The movie primarily has Pittsburgh standing in for the fictional Gotham City and has scenes from Heinz Field. This clip from the movie’s filming also suggests a revolutionary undertone of the Occupy Wall Street goons. In it, actor Tom Hardy (“Bane”) is caught telling spectators at a Gotham Rogues football game to “take control of your city. ”
