Sheena Morris, 22, was found hanged in a Bradenton Beach hotel room on New Year’s Day 2009, Bradenton Beach police say she committed suicide. Her mother Kelly Osborn and three national forensic experts contend Morris did not kill herself, but rather was murdered, with the scene staged to appear as suicide.
A classic ‘He Said She Said’, The Bradenton Beach Police Chief Sam Speciale claims in the Islander Newspaper that he would reopen the supposed ‘suicide’ of Sheena Morris if any credible evidence was presented. The mom, Kelly Osborn, has piles of credible evidence, see below;

The chief medical examiner for the Florida district changed the 26-year-old’s cause of death from suicide to undetermined, as the theory that her death may have been staged destabilized his original verdict. The cold case team, which was not reopening but ‘reviewing’ the suicide according to police, will make its findings in around two months.
Bradenton Beach Police Chief Sam Speciale claims he will reopen the case if he receives any credible evidence, see below;
August 14th 2012. THE ISLANDER: FDLE yes, FBI no to 2009 Morris death review. POLICE CHIEF Speciale said the FBI would not investigate the case, even if it was ruled a homicide. He contacted the Tampa division of the FBI before and after …Kelly Osborn made her public request, and received a letter dated Aug. 7 from Special Agent Steven Ibison.
“The FBI is authorized to collect intelligence and to conduct investigations to detect, obtain information about, and prevent and protect against federal crimes and threats to national security,” Ibison wrote. “As a component of the Department of Justice, our authorities are directed and controlled by regulations and guidelines issued by the Attorney General of the United States of America.”
Speciale said he has been willing to reopen the case if any credible evidence was presented. Kelly Osborn claims to have such evidence, but Speciale said he has not been approached by Osborn with any new evidence in Morris’s death. An attempt to reach Kelly Osborn for comment was unsuccessful by The Islander press time.
We need to gain awareness and start forcing the hands of the Florida officials down here,” said Kelly Osborn, Morris’ mother “We want the public’s attention. We want justice.”
